This expands your fundraising campaign horizon to include in-person and online, maximizing your reach and paths to success.

Fill Out an Organization Data Sheet or Give Us A Call!
Completing an organization data sheet gives us all the information we need to get you officially started in your fundraising efforts with Evergreen – from your group’s name and contact information, to which wreaths you’d like to sell. We can take down this information over the phone, as well. Just be sure to indicate that you’d like to be part of the Friends & Family Program.

Receive Your Customer Code
Once we know you want to be part of the Friends & Family Program, we will send you a customer code that they will use while in the cart in the Friends & Family shop to indicate they’re purchasing with your organization while purchasing their products.
