- Our Customer Service Team will follow up with you if we have any questions regarding your order,
- Invoices for “Ship Pre-paid” orders are sent to you on/about the day your order is shipped, and payable as outlined in the agreed to Terms & Conditions,
- You will need to call Evergreen Industries three (3) business days prior to your arranged Pick Up date as part of the confirmation process, and
- Pick-ups and shipments do not occur on Sundays or Holidays.
